Having studied a number of theories in Psychology and Coaching methodologies I have found that working with a client’s strengths and developing the positives in their life is far more powerful at creating an overall sense of happiness and fulfilment, than focusing in on their short comings and problems alone. Positive Psychology does just this and asks the question, ‘what is going right in your life?’ This is the other half of creating the solutions to the question, ‘what is not working for you in your life?’
